On Saturday, December 22, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. the Lahser Boy’s Basketball Program will sponsor our 3rd Annual Alumni Charity Basketball Game. We are looking to pack the stands with family and friends to support the alumni and to help those community members in need through their food and financial donations.
Any player that earned a varsity basketball letter while at Bloomfield Hills Lahser High School is eligible to participate. Please click on the link below to open the printable registration form. Print the form and fill it out with the appropriate information to register for the game.
All alumni players will each receive an Alumni Game t-shirt for participating. After the game, the Basketball Boosters will sponsor a social hour in the cafeteria providing pizza and pop and an opportunity for all players to catch-up with former teammates and relive their "glory days" at Lahser.
We have partnered with St. Vincent DePaul for this event to help them restock their food pantry. There is no admission charge for the game. We are asking all fans, participants and spectators to bring canned food items or dry good items as a donation for admission to the game.
For those participating in the game, there is only a $20.00 donation for this event and your donation will benefit the Goodfellows organization as well the Boys Basketball Program. We are also asking the alumni players to bring a canned food donation to help those in our community who are in need of a helping hand during this holiday season.
